This Building is 4 floors of awesome connected by an internal spiral staircase for the first 3 floors and a ladder for the top floor
This Model building has been designed and build to a Tabletop scale of 28mm. And works well with games like Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, Spelljammer, and Blood & Plunder. Really any table top role playing game. The floors have been engraved with a 1 inch grid to make game play easier as well as brick for the walls and even windows
After assembly, this model measures 6.5 inches at the widest point and stands 16 inches tall at the peek. There is 3 inches of hight between the floors
This model comes unassembled and you must build it yourself, I include basic assembly instructions with pictures, however i recommend experience with building tabletop miniatures or puzzles. I highly recommend wood glue for a strong bond but I have had good results from regular school glue as well. I do not recommend super super glue as it dries too quickly to to get the parts fitted together properly before setting up. Many of the parts look similar but are in fact different so pay attention to the included instructions and the labels on the parts
This item is produced using my designs, on my machines, in my shop. If there is a problem with the item when it arrives then please take pictures of the problem and I will do my best to fix or replace the item
